All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via global tracking platforms.

Maison D'Aubelle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier but you cannot find it, please contact your local postal office directly before reaching out to our support.
