Because we prioritize structural integrity and conscious manufacturing, our products are crafted on-demand at our strategic partner facility in London, United Kingdom. Please review our fulfillment and shipping timelines below.
1. Total Delivery Timeline (Production + Transit)
We know you are eager to style your new piece, which is why we expedite every step of our luxury supply chain. To ensure we always exceed your expectations, we quote a standard delivery window of 5–9 business days total.
However, because our production line is highly optimized, most customers globally receive their packages much earlier—often within just 3 to 5 business days from order placement.
Your order passes through two fast-tracked phases:
- On-Demand Luxury Production (1–2 Days): Your piece is individually handcrafted, stitched, and quality-checked in London. (In fact, 95.4% of our items complete production in under 48 hours).
- Premium Express Courier (2–5 Days): Once crafted, your order is immediately handed over to premium international couriers (DHL Express or FedEx) for expedited global delivery with a required signature.
2. Shipping Rates & Premium Destination Timelines
We provide fully tracked, premium express courier services globally. Shipping rates are calculated flatly by region at checkout. While we list protective delivery windows below, our courier partners consistently beat these timelines:

Disclaimer: While our operational structure is built for extreme speed, quoted delivery windows are protective guidelines. They account for rare anomalies like severe weather, courier bottlenecks, or local customs checks.
3. Order Tracking & Confirmations
As soon as your piece completes its final quality-control inspection and is dispatched from our London facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing an active tracking link. Tracking codes typically take 24 hours to sync with DHL or FedEx systems. A signature is required upon delivery to secure your luxury package.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
All items ship internationally directly from London, UK. While we optimize our shipping channels to minimize cross-border friction, any import duties, customs tariffs, or local clearance fees imposed upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. Maison D'Aubelle has no control over these regional regulations.
5. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot alter a delivery address once an order enters the active production line (30 minutes after placement). Maison D'Aubelle is not liable for packages that fail to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete, or insecure addresses provided by the buyer.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your courier depot directly before reaching out to our support team.
